Due to shipping constraints we can only include one 'lightbulb moment' box per order.

Each box can contain a maximum two small lights - either the SM200, A2 or S3 models.

Any additional lights ordered will be included in your order but will come without an individual 'lightbulb moment' box.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch products within 5 working days. If for some reason you need them sooner please contact us.

Buying outside of the UK?
If your shipping address is outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are set by local customs authorities and vary by country:

• EU - Duty applies to all shipments. You’ll need your tracking number to pay online via your national Post Office service.
  
  
• US - As of 2025, duties of 25-70% apply to goods manufactured in China, including our solar products. These charges are collected directly by USPS or US Customs.
  
  
• Other countries - Duties may also apply depending on your local customs rules.
  

Please keep your tracking number safe, and pay promptly when contacted to avoid delays or returns.
